This pencil is a ballpoint pen and contains a Parker-style ink refill. It is twist-action.
This pencil is medium in size and feels good in the hand. The cap, center ring and tip are adorned with engraved braids.

The mechanism is finished in gold and black, as shown in the photos of this collection.
