Please note that only exchanges are accepted. We have a 14 day exchange policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange process, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once the item is received by the company, we will ship the exchange to you within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Damage and problems
The only scenario where we will accept a return is if an item has arrived faulty or damaged. Please report the situation to us by email as soon as possible. If your request is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a while to process and validate the refund.
