This pencil is a ballpoint pen, it contains a Parker-style ink refill and works by twisting.
The top of the cap features a reel, a fish is also engraved on the cap, the clasp is a fly rod, and there is a fly fisherman engraved in the tip.

It is available in various finishes, including chrome, gold, or others, as shown in the photos of this collection.
